If you were diagnosed with an incurable disease, and were told: "You won't be able to move your arms, will not be able to walk or run, and that you have small probabilities to live. I am Monserrat Hernandez, and SMA is my diagnosis. There are a number of things I wish could come true before I have to go. Please take the time to look at my bucketlist. Please help me.
